My Approach to Therapy

I often think of therapy like gardening. Everyone already holds the seeds of growth within them—my role is to create the conditions that allow those seeds to flourish.

I take a psychodynamic approach with integrative interventions, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to your readiness, focused on helping you grow sustainably rather than pushing for quick fixes or perfection.

I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, uncover patterns, and develop the skills to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is strengths-based and practical, combining evidence-based techniques with psychoeducation and self-care practices.

Who I Work With

I specialize in supporting individuals (age 16+) and couples who may feel:

  • Overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, or self-criticism

  • Stuck in trauma, grief, or major life transitions

  • Struggling with relational challenges, including conflict, communication issues or codependency

  • Ready for meaningful, lasting change but unsure where to start

I understand that life can look “together” on the outside while feeling chaotic on the inside, and my work is focused on creating a safe, validating space for exploring what’s underneath the surface.
